A Blue gray Gnatcatcher I saw this past spring in Upper Lisle Park, Whitney Point, NY. I don't see these little birds that much for they are usually just passing through my area and do not stick around.
A female American Redstart. She is one of the wood warbler species we have here through the summer months in central New York State. I see them quit a bit around small stream's and river banks foraging for food, small flying bugs and things. The image is from this past spring.
