Chestnut-sided Warbler #17

Warbler, Chestnut-sided 017

A Male Chestnut-sided Warbler that was bouncing around in the shrubs trees. I was up in the Cannonville Reservoir area up out of Deposit New York area over the weekend walking the shore line and doing some fishing. While I was there I saw a lot of warbler activity as the day went on. I saw this Chestnut-sided Warbler along with the American Redstart, Yellow, Yellow-rumped, Black-and -white, Pine, Tennessee, Cape May and the Yellow-throated Warbler. also around the house this weekend I saw the Blackburnian Warbler and the Magnolia Warbler. A great weekend to be out and about in the outdoors.

  1. That’s an impressive list of warblers, and a really great photo. Happy spring!

  2. Yes, that’s a lot of warblers in one place, considering we only have a couple in Australia:-)
