Back in March, me and my oldest son were fooling around with trying to come up with a good moon shots with a new Bower 650-2600mm Telephoto Lens for the Canon EOS cameras I picked up. This was the best image that I came up with on that outing. I'm still working out some of the issues that I'm having with this new lens, learning as I go by trial and error. It is a pain in the butt to work with, especially for birding shots, but it is naturally on its own a great spotting scope.
Last week I showed you pictures of a Red-tailed Hawk pestering a juvenile Bald Eagle and I told you that when he left the youngster he was himself pestered by crows. Here are the good images that I came away with from that outing. I wish they were better and more in focus but here they are just the same as I took them.
