Thank you Vikey for all the wonderful comments. I have also bean enjoying your lovely posts from your side of the world. Thank you for sharing the beauty that is in front of you that we cannot see over here. Keep clicking, MT 🙂

  2. All amazing, especially the green bee must be great to see in action, even if it seems to be the size of a honey bee or smaller, wasn’t it?

The Green Bee is about half the size of the Honey Bee. They move around a lot and never stand sill for long. If you ketch them in the light just right, you can get that beautiful greenish iridescent coloration.

      • Thank you for the details! Seems to be some sweat bee, Agapostemon, then 🙂

I see only one honey bee. The others must be wasps and one is a type of bumblebee… but great juxtaposition !

Hello Vera. The first picture is of a Green Bee, the next two are Honey Bees and the fourth one & last one are both types of Bumble Bees. The fifth one is the odd ball, he might be a wasp or a winged ant that we have in my area. its not a really good shoot of him and it makes it difficult to identify him but for the coloration of the image he mad this post. Have a great day Vera, enjoy 🙂

Your welcome. Glad that you enjoyed them 🙂

  4. Wonderful to highlight the amazing insects, I love the green one though I never saw that one before! Beautiful photos!

  5. Lovely captures! It takes patience to take photos of constantly moving bugs (I sure don’t have it). They do have a beauty all their own.
