An images from Decembers trip to the USS Intrepid Museum on Manhattan's West-side Docks. This is one of the last images of the Aircraft Carrier that I took as we were leaving to come home. A lite snow was falling that made the trip a little interesting getting out of the city. I liked the soft lighting in this image with the blue matting in the near and back ground.
A Male Chestnut-sided Warbler singing in the back woods at the farm last spring. Spring is officially 41 days away for now, I'm looking forwards again to be enjoying warmer weather. It is not a bad day here today. We ended up with about 14 inches of snow from yesterday storm. It defiantly affected traffic and slowed things down but for the most part, Things are good here. No power outages or anything like that. First good snow fall we've had in quit a long spell. Kid's are loving it! I also see that California is getting so precipitations, They definitely need it! Well, enjoy and all my best, Michael :)
