Common Loon #13

A Common Loon from our vacation at Butterfield Lake up in the St. Lawrence Seaway area of NYS this past June. We don't have them in my area and Butterfield is about 3 hours North by  I-81 Highway through Syracuse. I've been told of sightings of them in the Canonsville Reservoir in Deposit NY which is about an hour away east but I've never seen any on my excursions there.
