Any more, you can't go any place in the country side here and not see these beautiful butterflies. They are all over the place, not in large number but essay to find.

A Veery from the farm. It's a type of woodland bird similar to the wood thrush in my mind but not as colorful.
My boys brought home some new tenants for my coy pond in the back yard. I would like to say they're doing really well but as you can see if you take a good look, the mosquito on the frog's back is feeding more than I see the frog eating. A good role reversal if I've ever seen one before.
