A photo taken on family property in Broome County NY, showing what’s left of the fall colors. Things are starting to go brown now for the most part.
Two Half-banded Toper dragonflies laying eggs and hovering at the shore edges of a small pond.
I’ll update this one later when I find out what it is specifically.
A Kinglet, I’m not shure if it’s a Ruby-crowned Kinglet or a Golden-crowned Kinglet for I could not see the top of its head.
Turns out this is a Ruby-crowned kinglet. Thank you Audubon Society Field Guide.
