These are two Little Wood Satyr butterflies mating in mid May in a weed infested, old hay field, Broome county, NY

Male American Redstart, Cedar Point state park, NY (June). This is the counterpart to the female in the previous post. I enjoy looking for these birds. They are very elusive.

My two love birds. This two cedar waxwings would come together and pass this red berry back and forth, separate and then come back together, and this lasted for about 7-8 minutes. (Cedar Point state park, NY, June)
